Habits take 21-days to develop.....flourish and STICK!

It is said to take 21 days to develop a habit. What has turned into a habit for you without you even noticing it? Why does it seem to be easier to form the habit than to stop the behavior? If it takes little or no time to develop a habit, what positive behavior are you willing to turn into a habit? Commit to 21 days, day-by-day, documenting your action steps. Before you know it, your will have a plan. A plan is what it takes to execute a goal. What are you willing to commit to for 21 days?!
